The spiritual practice of craft; 11th-13th November 2022
How you can integrate your craft practice with your spiritual life
For many of us, craft and art practices are an important part of our daily lives, where we can express our creativity and generosity. In the Triratna tradition, aesthetic appreciation and creation are considered a vital part of a full spiritual life.
On this retreat we will explore the factors that can make crafting a powerful part of our practice, and those that can get in the way. There will be discussion, meditation, ritual and plenty of time for working on our own projects; knitting, crochet, sewing, woodcarving, painting etc.
For those familiar with the Triratna system of meditation. Please bring the materials and tools for your own project. Please visit this page for information on costs and booking.
